Kivora Living is committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience for our customers. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while keeping you updated throughout the delivery process.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional business days.
If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Time
Standard delivery usually takes 7–12 business days after your order has been dispatched.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, selected shipping method, and order details.
If a free shipping promotion is available, it will be shown on the website or during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.
5. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete.
We do our best to process orders quickly, so there is only a limited window to correct an incorrect shipping address.

Kivora Living is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Undeliverable Orders
Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information, missed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package may be subject to additional shipping fees.
If your order is returned to sender, please contact us at support@kivoraliving.com so we can review the situation and assist with the next steps.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, building reception, or delivery location.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at support@kivoraliving.com with your order number and tracking details. We will review the issue and assist where possible.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so our support team can review the issue.
After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution where applicable.
9. Out of Stock Items
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you by email with the available options. This may include waiting for restock, replacing the item, or receiving a refund for the unavailable item.
